About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for hospitality clients across County Wexford, including hotels, restaurants, and premium hospitality venues. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional kitchen team and further develop your culinary career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintain food safety and HACCP compliance at all times.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and reducing food waste.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service during busy periods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
  • HACCP knowledge is essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and excellent teamwork skills.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary from €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
