About the Role

We are currently recruiting chefs of all levels on behalf of busy hospitality clients across North Dublin. These roles range from commis to head chef level, offering excellent opportunities within hotels, restaurants, and contract catering environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes appropriate to your level of experience
• Supporting kitchen operations and senior chefs
• Maintaining HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Working efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environments
• Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (all levels considered)
• Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
