About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a range of nationwide opportunities across Ireland, with accommodation available for the right candidates. These roles are with well-established hotels and hospitality venues offering strong kitchen teams and excellent career prospects.

Key Responsibilities
As a Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
- Designing and implementing menus in line with business requirements and seasonal availability.
- Overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, service, and presentation.
- Managing stock control, ordering, and food cost management.
- Ensuring strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety standards.
- Training, developing, and motivating kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up in a busy hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and cost control.
- Ability to maintain high standards in a high-pressure environment.
- Passion for delivering quality food and developing kitchen teams.
