About the Role

We are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie on behalf of a prestigious 5-star property in Waterford, recognised in the Michelin Guide. This is a rare opportunity to join an exceptional culinary team in a high-end environment focused on quality, precision, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest fine dining standards.
  • Managing your designated section with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintaining strict HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Contributing to menu execution and maintaining Michelin-level quality standards.
  • Working collaboratively with a skilled and professional kitchen team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as an experienced Chef de Partie in a high-end, 4/5-star or fine dining kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of classical and modern cooking techniques.
  • Experience working to Michelin Guide or equivalent fine dining standards is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • A strong work ethic and passion for culinary excellence.
