About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of a well-established 4-star hotel in Dublin 4. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional kitchen team, offering a great work-life balance with a 35-hour work week while maintaining high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
  • Ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation during service.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety.
  • Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and minimising food waste.
  • Working closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of service.
  • Supporting and assisting junior members of the kitchen where required.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or busy hospitality environment.
  • A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.

Salary & Benefits

  • €35,000 per annum.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
