About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of a well-established 4-star hotel in Dublin 4. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional kitchen team, offering a great work-life balance with a 35-hour work week while maintaining high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
- Ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation during service.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety.
- Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and minimising food waste.
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of service.
- Supporting and assisting junior members of the kitchen where required.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or busy hospitality environment.
- A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
Salary & Benefits
- €35,000 per annum.
- Full-time, permanent position.
