About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie on behalf of a busy hospitality client in Dublin City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to develop their career in a fast-paced, professional kitchen, working alongside an experienced culinary team committed to delivering high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

As a Demi Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
  • Supporting the Chef de Partie in the day-to-day running of your assigned section.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
  • Assisting with stock rotation and helping to minimise food waste.
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar role within a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen.
  • A good understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for food.

Salary

  • €33,000–€36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
