Chef de Partie Day time hours

Chef de Partie – Daytime Operation – Cork.

This is a lovely role for a chef de partie who is looking to step into a daytime operation and join a fantastic team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Looking for a chef de partie who has great passion for food.
• Excellent attention to detail when carry out their tasks.
• Able to work in a busy high-volume property.
• Organised and able to work in a great team.
• Experience in prep work and working in many parts of the kitchen.
• Proven track record in a similar role.

Role Requirements:

• Working Monday to Friday in a wonderful team of talented chefs.
• Working with many types of cuisine.
• Preparing food for service.
• Highly organised and efficient chef required.
• Working as a part of the team.
• Able to work in efficient and calm manner.
• Foodie background a plus.
• Working daytime – Monday To Friday.
• Salary €18.50 per hour
