Chef de Partie – South Dublin 4-Star Hotel
Salary: €36,000+ DOE

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established 4-star hotel in South Dublin, for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join their culinary team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef to develop their career within a busy, professional kitchen known for delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Manage your designated section efficiently during service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP procedures
  • Support junior kitchen team members and assist with training where required
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain quality and consistency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or catering environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A passion for fresh, high-quality food
