Head Chef
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen team within one of Ireland’s most prestigious cultural destinations in the heart of Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven chef to oversee a high-quality food operation delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across café service, events, and private functions.
The Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen operation, including:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
- Designing and delivering fresh, seasonal menus
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Managing food cost, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and health & safety standards
- Working collaboratively with front-of-house and events teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-focused environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for fresh food and modern hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and team development
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
