Chef de Partie – Coastal Hotel Opportunity | County Wicklow

€35,000 – €38,000 DOE | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of a well-established hospitality venue in County Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to develop their career within a busy and professional kitchen environment.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operation, supporting senior chefs while maintaining consistently high standards across food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste
  • Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or hospitality kitchen
  • Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen compliance procedures
