A busy and well-established kitchen in County Meath is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie to join its team.
This role is suited to a motivated chef looking to progress within a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment where consistency, teamwork, and standards are key.
The Role
Prepare and consistently present high-quality dishes
Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods
Support junior kitchen staff while maintaining strong standards
Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Maintain full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
Contribute to a positive and organised kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (essential)
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
Positive, team-focused attitude
Strong attention to consistency and quality
