A well-established, high-quality coastal resort in the Cork area is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join its kitchen team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative pastry professional looking to further develop their career within a supportive and dynamic hospitality environment, producing high-quality desserts and baked goods for a busy resort operation.
The Role
Prepare, bake, and present a range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
Contribute to seasonal menu development with creative ideas
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver a high-quality guest experience
Keep the pastry section clean, organised, and efficiently run
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert production
Creative approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for quality food and consistency
