Chef De Partie

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and busy café in Carlow, known for its high-quality food and welcoming atmosphere.

They are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking for daytime hours and a better work-life balance, while continuing to create top-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present fresh, high-quality food to consistent standards
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Support menu development and daily specials
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Passion for café-style food and lunch/brunch service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• HACCP knowledge
