We are looking for a chef who can delivery, adapt, excel and blow away the competition with their style of food and showcase what they can bring to the table in this new era.

In Ireland, street food has become a significant part of the country’s food culture, with food trucks and markets showcasing a blend of traditional Irish recipes and international flavors. This trend has not only expanded the reach of Irish cuisine but also introduced new flavors and techniques to the dining  experience.

Dublin’s food scene is a prime example of this, with chefs reviving old buildings and creating new dining experiences that blend history with contemporary cuisine. The city’s compact center allows for a stroll between galleries, parks, and cafés, making eating part of the day’s exercise rather than a detour.
The influence of street food on modern cuisine is evident in the global reach of dishes like tacos, ramen, and banh mi, which have been transformed from humble street-side snacks into gourmet creations. Street food has also inspired chefs worldwide to reinvent traditional dishes, creating a culinary melting pot that reflects trade, travel, and tradition.

• Preferable driving as it is early start and bus will not get you their on time
