A prestigious fine dining restaurant in Co. Clare is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team.
This is a strong opportunity for a chef with fine dining experience who is passionate about seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and delivering consistently high-level dishes in a quality-driven kitchen environment.

The Role
Manage your own kitchen section during service
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a fine dining standard
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu execution and development
Assist with seasonal menu planning using local produce
Support junior chefs and maintain high kitchen standards
Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and food safety compliance
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
Contribute to daily specials and menu innovation
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or high-end restaurant kitchen
Strong knowledge of seasonal cooking and high-end presentation standards
Ability to run a section efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak service periods
