Chef de Partie – City Centre Restaurant
A well-established, busy city-centre restaurant is currently seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team.
This role is focused on traditional Irish cuisine, with a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, seasonal produce, and consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Take responsibility for your designated kitchen section during service
Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to a high standard
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team during daily service
Support the development and execution of seasonal menus
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section at all times
Ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards
Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
Support junior chefs where required during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, quality-focused kitchen
Interest in Irish cuisine and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and team-working ability
Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen procedures
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary & Benefits
€15.50–€18.00 per hour depending on experience
