Chef De Partie – Accommodation

We are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at a renowned restaurant set within a prestigious country estate in Kilkenny. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
• Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen
• Ensure all food is prepared in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Work closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain quality and efficiency
• Train and support junior members of the team

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
