Office Co – Ordinator / Receptionist

We are looking for an Office Co– Ordinator to join our team in our new Limerick office.
The successful candidate will be looking after our reception and supporting in administration and general office duties. This ideal candidate will be joining a superb team throughout our business and there is lot of progression for the right person.
This role has many sides to it as you will be assisting the team of Recruiters and looking after compliance and general office duties. It is an exciting role and is very rewarding.

The Candidate & Role:

• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience working in the office environment.
• Strong people skills are essential when interacting with a busy office.
• Organised and have a can do attitude is involved when dealing with candidates and clients.
• Ambitious and looking to progress your career.
• May suit an organised candidate who has excellent attention to detail.
• Driven candidate who wants to build a very rewarding career.
• Able to multitask.
• Strong organisational skills as this is a very busy role.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Strong Typing skills
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Supporting the Sales Team / Recruiters on the day-to-day activities.
• Looking after stock take and general requirements for the office function.
• Office based role, Monday to Friday.
• Salary – €30k
