Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant kitchen, or a strong Chef De Partie looking for their next step

Full legal right to work in Ireland

Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
