Chef de Partie – Daytime Hours

Chef Recruiters are currently searching for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie for a role in Co Galway which will be mainly all daytime hours and offer great work life balance opportunities

The Chef may be required to work around the roster demands which could be night work but the role will mainly always be daytime hours and you would work five days out of the seven.

The hourly pay rate is currently at €16.50ph but negotiable for the right candidate and the working week would be a standard 37.5 hr week.

Ideal Chef de Partie Candidate Requirements:

  • Chef will come from a good solid Chef background and are comfortable dealing with high volume and good quality produce.
  • Will have a great knowledge and passion for new food trends at the moment.
  • Will be a great communicator and can work well as part of a team.
  • Chef can provide training to more junior members of the Chef team.
  • Chef will work alongside the other Chefs within the team well.
  • Chef will be a great team player also a great communicator.
  • Chef must be able to adhere to high HACCP standards.
  • Chef must produce high quality food in line with company policy at all times.
  • In order to be eligible for this Chef role you must be able to work full time in Ireland without restrictions.
