What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
Experience in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for fresh food and high standards
Solid understanding of HACCP and kitchen compliance
