Chef De Partie

Naas, Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to become part of a well-established hotel in Kildare. This position is well suited to a chef with experience in hotel or bistro-style kitchens who is keen to bring their skills to a respected and professional kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and take responsibility for a designated section within a busy kitchen
  • Work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain consistency and high standards
  • Ensure your section is clean and fully compliant with HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Support, train, and mentor junior and commis chefs to help develop their abilities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie with a strong focus on quality
  • Effective communication and the ability to work well within a team (fluent English required)
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
