This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced pastry chef to join one of the finest properties in the country.

Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef or Sous Pastry Chef in a high-volume, high-end kitchen.

  • Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and ingredient functionalities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry production.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
