The restaurant of our client seeks an experienced chef to join their staff. They provide the opportunity to work with a farm-to-table philosophy, collaborating with local producers and forging a genuine connection with the ingredients on the plate. What do we expect of our newest Chef?

  • Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to current food hygiene regulations and recommendations.
  • Creatively develops new menu items and stays updated of industry developments.
  • Ensure that all equipment is operated, maintained, and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and Health and Safety requirements/recommendations. 
  • Up to date HACCP qualifications are essential.
  • Valid work permits for unrestricted full-time employment in Ireland Provide two reference contacts for employments lasting at least six months.

Responsibilities of our newest chef?

  • Excellent knowledge of all dietary restrictions is required.
  • Capable of following to strict HACCP procedures.
  • It is essential that a chef be able to work independently when performing day-to-day tasks in a busy kitchen.
  • Chefs must possess outstanding organisational skills.
  • Obtaining direction from management for all daily responsibilities
