We are looking for a Monday to Friday Sous Chef for an immediate start. This is a busy contract catering position located in Dublin South.

Role Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Looking for a Sous Chef who has been part of a well-structured team before.
  • Someone who has corporate or contract catering experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
  • Excellent attention to detail required when carrying out your role.
  • Good understanding of the latest food trends in the current market. 
  • Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
