Sous Chef – Kerry – €55k (Accommodation option)

We are recruiting an experienced Exec Sous Chef for a high-volume property in Meath.

All candidates must be fully eligible to work in Ireland.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role as Sous Chef.
• The Sous Chef must have strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
• Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.  
• Looking for a Sous Chef who can put their own touch to dishes and menus.
• Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
• Comfortable in a high-volume property.
