We are actively recruiting a Sous Chef for a busy high-volume, high-end hotel in Cavan.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
  • Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
  • Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.  
  • Looking for a Sous Chef who can put their own touch to dishes and menus.
  • Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume property.
