We are actively recruiting a Sous Chef for a busy high-volume, high-end hotel in Cavan.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
- Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
- Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.
- Looking for a Sous Chef who can put their own touch to dishes and menus.
- Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
- Comfortable in a high-volume property.
