Looking for a Sous Chef who has an excellent background in the four star market, who has strong kitchen management skills. This Sous Chef needs to be able to grow and bring a team together to produce an excellent standard of food throughout this busy property. A Sous Chef that has strong creativity and innovation required when implementing new menu concepts.
This Sous Chef has to be able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade. Proven track record in a similar role in a busy gastro bar would be ideal. Skilled at working with fresh food produce every day.
Excellent understanding of the latest food trends in the current market. This Sous Chef needs to be a real food enthusiast. Passionate about preparing fresh produce for a busy operation, a Sous Chef with strong ability for creating new food concepts while keeping what works on the current menu.
