Senior Sous Chef for Cavan

Cavan, Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of this luxury hotel in Cavan. You will be working with the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef to cater for a stunning hotel in Cavan. Initial accommodation can be provided closeby to the hotel property.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a 4 or 5-star luxury hotel
  • Excellent HACCP, hygiene, health and safety
  • Can work well as part of a team and also on own initiative
  • Is highly organised and a good planner
  • Experience dealing with high volume in a busy kitchen
