We are actively recruiting for a Senior Chef in a busy 5* property in Waterford.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to further their career in a face-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Senior Chef will be responsible for the daily food preparation & duties that meet the standard expected.
• Supervision of junior chefs or Commis Chef.
• The Senior Chef will understand the daily production needs & quality of food products.
• Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies including hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of menu creation is important for this Senior Chef role.
• Ability to work on their own initiative.
• Excellent culinary catering talent.
