Restaurant Head Chef (Fine Dining)

We are currently searching for an experienced and vibrant Head Chef to take on an amazing opportunity as a Head Chef over a fine dining Restaurant outlet within a prestigious 5* Hotel. The right Head Chef will have experience running a busy brigade and will come from a background of either AA Rosette Standard or Restaurant Of The Year / Micehlin Star experience.

About This Role:

• Salary negotiable for the right Head Chef (Approx 55K -60K)
• Free Parking
• Option of accommodation for the right person.
• Opportunity to design a menu that will put the Restaurant on the map.

Candidate & Role Requirements:

• Looking for a Head Chef who has come from a background of AA Rosette / Michelin or Restaurant Of The Year.
• Able to grow and bring a team together to produce an excellent standard of food throughout this busy property.
• Excellent attention to detail required when carrying out your role.
• Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
• Passionate Foodies background required.
• Head Chef will need to maintain the highest standard and constantly drive the business forward.
• Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
