We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Sous Chef for a stunning location in County Clare.
This Hotel is renowned for its quality and would be an excellent place to have on your cv. There is a Head Chef in place so ideally the Pastry Sous Chef will work alongside and cover for their days off.
The selected Pastry Sous Chef will have a real passion for producing high end consistent food quality
In order to be eligible to apply for this role you must have had experience in a senior position within a pastry section of a busy kitchen.

You must also be eligible to work full time in Ireland without restrictions to be eligible for consideration.
