Our client is a 5* hotel located ideally in Dublin City Centre. Their pastry brigade is expanding and is led by one of Ireland’s best pastry chefs. This is a once in a lifetime chance to work with the best to become the best.

 What we expect of the newest pastry recruit?

  • Experience in a pastry operation
  • Able to prepare basic pastry items such as anglaises, purees, sponge bases, breads, pastry, tarts, tray bakes, etc
  • Able to follow recipes and complete tasks as given by the Head Pastry Chef
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Culinary arts qualifications would be beneficial but not necessary
