What we expect of the newest pastry recruit?
- Experience in a pastry operation
- Able to prepare basic pastry items such as anglaises, purees, sponge bases, breads, pastry, tarts, tray bakes, etc
- Able to follow recipes and complete tasks as given by the Head Pastry Chef
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Culinary arts qualifications would be beneficial but not necessary
