We are actively recruiting a Head Pasrty Chef for a high-end property in Tipperary with the option of accommodation.

Candidates must come from a similar background and must be fully eligible to work in Ireland.


  • Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and ingredient functionalities at this level.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry production.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent team management skills.
  • Ability to develop menus and train a team of pastry chefs.
