This is an exciting opportunity for a pastry chef to develop their skills with a fantastic team of chefs.

What the role involves 

• Menu development.
• Baking skills including breads & confectionary.
• The pastry chef must ensure the pastry section runs efficiently
• The Pastry Chef must be have the ability to create new ideas for customers that will be within keeping with the most current and popular food trends

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef coming from a great Hotel/Restaurant background
• Innovative with the ability to create new and exciting dishes to a high standard.
• Great attention to detail and creativity when it comes to the dishes being created.
