Group Executive Head Chef

Dublin City Centre, Full Time

An experience Group Executive Chef is required for a outsanding Restaurant Group in Dublin.   This is a lovely role for an organised, criative and experience Executive Head Chef to lead and grow an operation with fantastic flair for really good food high end cuisine.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
  • Coordinating chef’s tasks.
  • Implementing hygiene policies (HACCP) and examining equipment for cleanliness.
  • Designing new recipes, planning menus, and working collaboratively with the founding dierector.
  • Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
  • Hiring and training kitchen staff, such as chefs, kitchen assistants and dishwashers.
  • Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders using our P2P purchasing system.
  • Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.
  • Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints professionally.

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • 2+ years of culinary education.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices.
  • Proficient knowledge of human resources management.
  • Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Salary: €65,000.00 per year
