Fine Dining Head Chef – South Dublin

An experience Head Chef is required for a Fine Dining Restaurant in South Dublin. The successful applicant will be required to help develop food menus and oversee the day-to-day culinary operations in the Restaurant, including training, supervising staff, and monitoring food quality. They are seeking a hands-on proactive manager capable of leading and motivating a team of Chefs. They seek an individual who has a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar senior role working within a Fine Dining Restaurant, preferably with a Michelin background.
Candidate & Role Requirements:

- Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
