Chef Recruiters are currently hiring an Executive Sous Chef for a large high end Dublin City Centre Hotel.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high end, busy Hotel properties from either a 4* or 5* Market.
Salary Guide: €65k-€67k negotiable
Candidate & Role Requirements:
- Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role and a proven track record in a similar role.
- Able to grow and bring a team together to produce an excellent standard of food throughout this busy property.
- Strong creativity and innovation required when implementing new menu concepts.
- Creating new food concept while keeping what works on the current menu.
- Excellent understanding of the latest food trends in the current market.
- Foodie background a plus as this hotel is looking to go in a different food direction to bring latest food trends to this hotel.
- Strong people management skills a must.
- Excellent attention to detail required when carrying out this role.
- Managing the smooth day to day running of this operation.
- Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.
- Working with and preparing fresh food produce every day for a busy operation.
- Working five over seven days.
