We are actively recruiting for a Culinary Development Manager for a large catering unit in Co. Kildare.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to join a great team of chefs and have a great work life balance.

Candidate & Role Requirements:

• Looking for a Head Chef with strong kitchen management skills.
• Able to bring latest food trends to this high-end day time operation.
• Able to grow and bring a team together to produce an excellent standard of food throughout this busy property.
• The Head Chef should process strong creativity & innovation required when implementing new menu concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail required when carrying out your role.
• The Head Chef should be able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.
• The financial aspect of the kitchen is a key part of this job so candidate must be strong in this regard.

Requirements

• Must have strong knowledge of the financial aspect of running a large operation.
• Proven experience as a Head Chef coming from a high-volume background.
• Innovative with the ability to create new & exciting dishes to a high standard.
• Great attention to detail and creativity when it comes to the dishes being created.
